Responsibilities
- Study and learn about the industry, State Farm, and our agency
- Prepare and pass state licensing exams for Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines of business
- Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate and empower our clients about insurance protection.
- Work with the Agency Director to establish and meet goals to achieve agency vision
- Develop and contact leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
